IT360° conference addresses the critical issues facing professionals while providing realistic
strategies enabling them to implement the best and most cost efficient solutions for their organizations.
IT360° is a knowledge driven conference where successful industry specialists with in-depth real
world field experience in their area of expertise deliver information that is not readily available at
any other Canadian conference in the first half of 2008.
Submission DeadlineProposals are considered and ACCEPTED as received beginning October 2007 through December 14, 2007. Based on the number and quality of the submissions received it is very possible that the conference program will be filled before the December 14 cut off date. We encourage you to submit early. CONFERENCE FORMAT IT360° is comprised of major industry stacks with advisors acting as chairs. Your submission will go to the Conference Director. Session Format: 60-minute seminars and panel discussions, 3-hour tutorials, 6-hour (1-day clinics), certification programs. Thank you in advance for your interest in IT360°. Presentation ExperienceThe speaker must have recognized qualifications relating to the subject. Industry end users, analysts, and authors with references from previous presenting experience(s) in a similar environment have first priority. TimelinessTo ensure that the conference has timely, relevant and unique content, we require that you do not present the same material at a similar conference or to a similar attendee base in the regions of Ontario and Quebec, Canada, 60 days before and 60 days after IT360°. Presentation MaterialsProceedings of the conference sessions will be available electronically and as a printed handout. Speakers must agree to submit all materials by March 1, 2008. Presentation materials are limited to a maximum of 15 pages. There will be 80+ sessions many running concurrently, therefore, we do not have the capability to duplicate materials on show site. The name of the speaker, company and contact information may be included on the first page or slide of a PowerPoint presentation. Corporate logos cannot be on subsequent pages or slides. Speaker SubstitutionIn the case of an unforeseen emergency the speaker must agree to work with the conference director and chairs to find a substitute that is equally qualified to speak about the subject. Substitutions are subject to the conference director's approval. Notification Of AcceptanceSpeakers whose submissions are accepted will be contacted we regret that we cannot contact all those that make submissions. Due to the unreliability of electronic delivery, we recommend that you contact our office to ensure that we have received your submission.
